BREAKFAST
  Our breakfasts are made up of biological food, prepared according to the local traditional recipes: big shortcrust cookies, granny’s ring-shaped cake made with emmer flour, “tart” cake made with bread dough, raisins and walnuts, the “bustrengo” (an oven-cooked cream).
Jams and compotes are locally produced. Even the biological bread is homemade, using various types of flours.
