....cooking with wild greens
The programme includes overnight stay and dinner in the concerned
facilities (Locanda le Querce – Mulino della Ricavata); the
next day, after breakfast, all participants will go for a walk along
the “greens route”, where they will enjoy a simple “treasure
hunt” picking out self-sown greens.
During the afternoon, there is the opportunity to take part in some
courses of green cookery and dried flowers arrangement.

This workshop is directed to all those people who want to learn
the simple country crafts, developing their environmental knowledge
through a “reading” of its naturalistic, historical
and cultural facets.
The purpose of this workshop is to spread the old production techniques
of natural dyeing and their use in textile printing, thanks to some
experimental procedures.
